Aquacise is ARA's new water aerobics class designed for adults of every age and fitness level. This low-impact workout is a great way to build your cardiovascular fitness and strength while easy on the joints. Participants can advance at their own pace or make it more challenging to help achieve new levels of fitness. Designed for beginner swimmers or advanced athletes, aquacise is a great workout for everyone!
Practices: (Practice schedule are based on ARA's school calendar. There will be no practice when school is not in session)
Quarter 4 dates for aquacise only - March 29 to May 14
Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00 - 6:00PM
Saturdays 9:30 - 10:30AM
Equipment needed: Cap, Goggles, Swim Belt, Aquatic Dumbbells
